Joinery Finishing Painter

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Joinery Finishing Painter to join our team for fit-out, renovation, and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in wood finishing, spray painting, polishing, and delivering high-quality finishing works for residential and commercial joinery projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform finishing and spray painting works for joinery items such as doors, cabinets, wardrobes, furniture, wall panels, and wooden fixtures
• Prepare wooden surfaces through sanding, putty application, cleaning, and smoothing before painting
• Apply PU paint, lacquer, varnish, stain, polish, and other finishing materials using spray guns and related equipment
• Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality finishing standards
• Carry out touch-ups, repainting, polishing, and minor repair works when required
• Mix and match paint colors and finishing materials according to project requirements
• Operate spray painting tools, sanding machines, and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in proper condition
• Follow company procedures, project specifications, and safety regulations at all times
• Coordinate with supervisors and site teams to ensure timely project completion

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Joinery Finishing Painter in fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects
• Strong knowledge of wood finishing, spray painting techniques, and finishing standards
• Experience in PU painting, staining, varnishing, and lacquer finishes
• Ability to operate spray guns and painting equipment
• Good understanding of surface preparation and finishing quality
• Experience in renovation and fit-out projects is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Physically fit and capable of working on-site and in workshop environments
