Joinery Fit-Out Procurement Executive

Experience: 5+ years GCC experience in fit-out/Joinery Procurement specifically within Interior industry.

Job Location : Muscat, Oman

Candidate must be available in Muscat for the interview.

Oman driving license MUST

Mandatory -Strong understanding of joinery materials, furniture components, and interior finishing.

Procurement & Sourcing: Procure joinery materials such as wood, veneers, MDF, plywood, and hardware, interior materials and manage supplier relationships.

Negotiation & Tendering: Negotiate costs, delivery timelines, and payment terms with vendors to maximize value; prepare tender documents.

Supplier Management: Maintain a database of qualified suppliers and evaluate performance.

Logistics & Inventory: Raise purchase orders (POs), track deliveries, and manage inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Technical Coordination: Work with project managers and production teams to interpret shop drawings, material specs, and ensure, for instance, proper fit-out and joinery.

Cost Control: Monitor project costs against budgets, identify savings, and prepare reports.
