Joinery Foreman

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Foreman to supervise and coordinate all joinery and woodworking activities on site or in our workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to drawings and specifications, and timely completion of projects while managing a team of carpenters and joiners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure materials, hardware, and tools are available and properly utilized.
• Monitor production and installation progress to ensure high-quality output.
• Conduct inspections to ensure accuracy, finishing quality, and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and designers for smooth workflow.
• Solve technical issues related to joinery fabrication and installation.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines within the workshop and on site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
