Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Manager to lead our joinery operations, oversee workshop and site activities, and ensure the successful delivery of premium carpentry and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple villa renovation and high-end carpentry projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the joinery workshop and ensure smooth workflow.
• Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources effectively.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and BOQs for accuracy.
• Supervise the production of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, vanity units, pergolas, and custom furniture.
• Ensure high-quality standards and finishing across all carpentry and joinery works.
• Monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors for seamless execution.
• Conduct quality inspections at workshop and site before installation.
• Prepare and monitor material take-offs, cost estimations, and job progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Train and mentor workshop staff to improve productivity and craftsmanship.
• Follow up with clients regarding approvals, variations, and satisfaction.
• Oversee project billing, payment collections, and cash flow related to joinery works.
• Ensure project deadlines are met without compromising quality or cost efficiency.
• Provide management with financial and operational updates on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10–15 years of UAE experience in joinery, carpentry, and villa renovation projects.
• Strong background in kitchens, wardrobes, vanity units, doors, pergolas, and customized furniture works.
• Proven expertise in managing a joinery workshop, including production planning, machinery handling, and manpower allocation.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed shop drawings and ensure accurate execution at site and workshop.
• Experience in high-end finishing works for villas, luxury residences, and renovation projects.
• Knowledge of different types of wood, MDF, veneer, laminates, hardware, and finishing materials.
• Ability to coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely delivery of joinery items.
• Strong quality control skills and capability to maintain high standards in line with company expectations.
• Proficient in cost estimation, material take-offs, and resource planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
