Joinery Manager

About Us:
We are an upcoming interior design and fit-out arm of an established contracting group with over 20 years of experience in Dubai. Backed by the strength of our parent company, we specialize in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are seeking a skilled Joinery Manager with strong estimation, engineering, and execution skills to lead our joinery operations and support our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the joinery division, overseeing workshop operations, manpower, and production.
• Review and interpret shop drawings, providing engineering solutions where needed.
• Prepare accurate BOQs, cost estimates, and quotations for joinery works.
• Plan production schedules, allocate resources, and monitor timelines.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for materials and pricing.
• Coordinate closely with design, estimation, and site teams for seamless execution.
• Monitor material consumption, stock levels, and procurement.
• Implement and maintain HSE standards in the workshop.
• Drive improvements in efficiency, costing accuracy, and execution quality.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years’ UAE joinery experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven expertise in estimation, joinery engineering, and execution management.
• Strong technical knowledge of joinery methods, finishes, and machinery.
• Leadership experience managing workshop teams and site delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
