Joinery Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate joinery workshop production and site installation teams.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and cutting lists.
• Ensure all joinery works meet required quality standards and project specifications.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
• Liaise with project managers, designers, and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily workshop activities and progress against project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards in workshop and site works.
• Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and challenges in joinery works.
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure finishing standards are met.
• Maintain accurate records of production, site progress, and material usage.
• Train, guide, and motivate carpenters, joiners, and helpers to improve productivity.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
