Carpentry Supervisor (with UAE Driving License)

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate carpentry teams on multiple project sites.
• Plan daily work schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Inspect and monitor carpentry work to ensure quality and compliance.
• Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Provide on-site training, technical guidance, and performance feedback to carpentry staff.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, attendance, and material usage.
• Travel between sites for supervision, inspections, and client meetings.
