Joinery Production Incharge

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Joinery Factory / Production Incharge to oversee all aspects of production operations within our joinery facility. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of joinery processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth workflow, quality output, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret joinery drawings and technical documents accurately.
• Prepare cutting lists and ensure material optimization.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet deadlines.
• Plan daily work schedules and allocate labour based on production priorities.
• Supervise and manage labour performance, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to safety standards.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all work meets company and client specifications.
• Maintain safety, order, and cleanliness within the production area.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams for project requirements.
• Supervise machine operations, assembly, and finishing processes.
• Track progress and report production status to management regularly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a joinery or woodworking factory.
• Strong knowledge of joinery production methods and materials.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical and shop drawings.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and time management skills.
• Proven ability to lead and allocate labour resources effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
