Joinery Production Supervisor

• Fully responsible for both production and delivering high quality finished product.
• Plan, maintain all service and maintenance schedules for all plant and equipment and ensure all production equipment are in perfect operating condition.
• Work with estimation department in assessing material and manhour labor production forecasts to provide accurate manufacturing costs.
• Monitor the usage and inventory and of all materials.
• Skilled in carpentry / joinery works, fabrication, installation of doors, frames, cabinets, wardrobes / shelves, counters, wall panels and all types of furniture.
• Familiar with the use of hard/soft wood, laminated wood, veneer, repair works, decorative works.
• Supervise and manage all factory employees in efficient and safe working practices and procedures and be fully aware of all health and safety regulations and work policies.
