Joinery Production Supervisor - (interior fit-out)

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Production Supervisor with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, including UAE experience, for interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate joinery and carpentry works on site
• Ensure work is completed on time and in accordance with project standards
• Inspect quality and finishing of all joinery works
• Manage manpower, materials, and tools
• Ensure compliance with UAE site safety rules and regulations
• Coordinate with the project team and subcontractors
• Prepare daily work progress reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience, including UAE joinery / interior fit-out experience
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and shop drawings
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
