Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Joinery Project Manager to oversee and manage joinery and furniture fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between design, production, and site teams, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage joinery and interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Oversee preparation and review of technical drawings, material schedules, and production details.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect ongoing work and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Manage project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and variation orders.
- Liaise closely with production, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely material delivery.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve company objectives and maintain productivity.
- Review and approve project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in joinery or interior fit-out project management.
- Strong technical understanding of joinery manufacturing, materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
