Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Project Manager with a minimum of 7+ years of UAE experience in the joinery industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering joinery projects while ensuring quality, budget, and timeline compliance. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete joinery projects from award to final handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee factory production, site installation, and quality standards.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are completed within the approved budget and contract requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues.
• Manage project resources, manpower, and subcontractors effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and UAE regulatory standards.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and attend client meetings.
• Handle project variations, claims, and coordination with the commercial team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of UAE experience as a Project Manager in the Joinery industry.
• Strong knowledge of joinery manufacturing, production processes, and site installation.
• Experience managing high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, and fit-out projects.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000 per month
• Benefits as per UAE Labour Law.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
