JOINERY QUALITY CONTROLLER

Conduct comprehensive quality assessment tests on raw materials and finished products according to relevant guidelines.

Review blueprints, plans and client specifications to understand the quality standards for the product.

Identify raw materials with defects or damage and alert management.

Train and coordinate the activities of other members of the quality control team.

Develop more effective production processes that various departments can adopt.

Prepare comprehensive quality control reports for the quality auditor and company executives.

Collaborate with the production team to ensure all products meet the necessary standards and specifications.

Supervise all aspects of the production phase.

Ensure employees resolve all quality issues while maintaining production schedules.
