Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Joinery Site Engineer to oversee and manage joinery installation activities across multiple project sites. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all joinery installation teams across multiple sites.
• Ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of all site activities.
• Prepare and submit regular progress and performance reports to management.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and verify that all works comply with project specifications.
• Plan and manage manpower distribution and resources across sites.
• Identify and resolve technical or operational issues on site.
• Implement and enforce all safety and quality standards.
• Lead multiple teams effectively with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
