Site Engineer (Fit Out)

About the Role:

Epic One Technical Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer with experience in fit-out and joinery works to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, ensuring that all construction and interior fit-out activities are executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and timelines.

This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively on-site to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage fit-out, joinery, and civil construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate daily site operations and liaise with project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
• Review and interpret drawings, ensuring work is carried out as per approved plans and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets company and client standards.
• Monitor project progress, maintaining accurate daily site reports including materials usage, labour deployment, and work progress.
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams as required.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and joinery items.
• Ensure all on-site work adheres to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) requirements.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or delays that may impact schedule or budget.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer in fit-out, joinery, or interior contracting projects within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishing techniques.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant project management or design software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage.
