Joinery Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Joinery Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing all joinery workshop and site activities, ensuring that production and installation are completed efficiently, on time, and in line with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily joinery workshop and site activities
• Plan and manage production schedules to meet deadlines
• Interpret technical and shop drawings accurately
• Ensure all work meets quality and design specifications
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and designers
• Allocate tasks and monitor team productivity
• Conduct quality inspections and rectify issues promptly
• Control material usage and reduce wastage
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Train and support joinery staff and carpenters
• Resolve site/workshop issues efficiently

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certification in Carpentry, Joinery, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in joinery / fit-out industry
• Strong knowledge of joinery production and installation
• Ability to read technical drawings
• Good leadership and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of joinery materials and finishes
• Familiarity with tools and machinery
• Basic English communication skills
