Joinery Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Supervisor to oversee and manage joinery works for high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will ensure quality execution, timely completion, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise all on-site joinery activities for residential (villa/apartment) projects
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and factory teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate execution on site
• Monitor production, installation, and finishing of joinery items (wardrobes, kitchens, doors, wall paneling, etc.)
• Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards
• Manage and guide carpenters, installers, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–7 years of UAE experience in joinery/fit-out, with a focus on residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation techniques
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings
• Proven experience in supervising site teams and subcontractors
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• UAE Driving License is preferred.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
