Joinery Supervisor/Carpenter Supervisor

The Joinery Supervisor is responsible for managing joinery production and site installation activities within a fit-out group, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality finishes, and compliance with approved drawings and project requirements. The role bridges coordination between joinery factory, site teams, and project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily carpentry and joinery activities at site or workshop.
• Allocate work to carpenters and helpers and monitor productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Read and interpret drawings, shop drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Ensure all joinery works are executed as per approved drawings and client requirements.
• Maintain high quality standards and carry out inspections of completed work.
• Plan, assign, and monitor work for carpenters and helpers to meet project schedules
• Report daily progress, manpower, and material requirements to management.
• Resolve technical and workmanship issues related to carpentry and joinery.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Carpentry / Joinery Supervisor in construction or joinery works. Strong knowledge of carpentry and joinery works, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of site safety and quality standards.
• Prior supervisory experience is mandatory
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
