What You’ll Do:
As the Joint Operations Lead, you will serve as the central coordinator—or "air traffic controller"—for tactical execution across multiple intersecting teams, including revenue operations, Jira administration, telephony, marketing operations, bug reporting/resolution, and internal tools engineering. This role forms the “connective tissue” of our business operations, combining Scrum Master facilitation with project management oversight, focusing on driving execution, fostering alignment, developing metrics and KPIs, and ensuring smooth handoffs between developers and end-user teams. You will prioritize work, facilitate communication, develop robust rituals and internal go-to-market strategies, manage project timelines and resources, and champion the adoption of new tools and processes to maximize operational efficiency for our various teams.
This is a remote position based in Egypt, requiring fluent English proficiency. We're looking for an assertive, direct communicator who excels at managing competing priorities from various leaders by understanding the “why” behind every work request.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Facilitate Cross-Team Alignment: Act as the key liaison to ensure seamless collaboration between revenue operations, Jira admin, telephony, marketing operations, customer support bug reporting, and internal tools engineering teams. Identify intersections in workflows and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects on track
-
Drive Execution and Prioritization: Oversee tactical-level execution by prioritizing tasks, managing backlogs, and adapting to shifting demands from multiple stakeholders. Use Scrum methodologies to guide sprints, retrospectives, and stand-ups tailored to cross-functional needs, while applying project management principles to define scopes, timelines, and deliverables
-
Project Planning and Management: Work with the project management office to develop and maintain project plans, conduct risk assessments, mitigate issues, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
-
Enhance Communication and Rituals: Develop and implement strong communication protocols, including regular check-ins, status updates, and escalation processes. Build internal go-to-market strategies to facilitate smooth tool handoffs, ensuring developers and user teams are aligned on requirements and outcomes
-
Drive Adoption of new developments: work with sales enablement to drive adoption of the new internal tools and processes developed by Joint Operations. Develop a training backlog and work with product team and sales enablement to coordinate quarterly updates to pitch decks and other enablement materials. Iterate on strategies to increase usage and ROI
-
Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with leaders and team members at all levels, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and resolutions. Manage competing priorities assertively while fostering a collaborative environment
-
Process Improvement: Continuously refine alignment and development practices, leveraging your technical aptitude to understand tool integrations (e.g., Jira workflows, telephony systems) and recommend enhancements.
-
Reporting and Metrics: Track key performance indicators for operational efficiency, adoption rates, project delivery, and overall performance. Provide insights to leadership on areas for improvement, including variance reports and post-project reviews
What you need:
-
Experience:
-
3+ years in Revenue Operations and/or GTM Operations
-
Proven track record of process improvement, metrics/analytics ownership
-
Project Management experience is strongly preferred
-
Technical Aptitude: High level of technical understanding to grasp complex systems like Jira, telephony integrations, and internal tools—software engineering experience is not required, but the ability to quickly learn and discuss technical concepts is essential
-
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive and direct in approach, with the ability to influence without authority
-
Prioritization Expertise: Adept at juggling competing demands from multiple leaders, making data-driven decisions to align on priorities
-
Language and Location: Fluent in English; must be based in Egypt for this remote role
-
Certifications: Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) and/or Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus but not required.
-
Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on collaboration and results
-
Working Hours & Availability: Must be willing and able to work during US business hours (e.g., EST/CST timezones). As this role is based in Egypt, this requires a late-shift schedule to ensure full overlap with the core team
-
Agile Mastery & Coaching: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with the ability to coach teams on adoption and continuous improvement.
