Job Responsibilities:

  • Screen and review resumes, conduct phone-based HR interviews for shortlisted candidates, and ensure timely feedback is provided to candidates.
  • Conduct competency-based HR interviews and coordinate all stages of the recruitment process—including technical interviews and assessments—to ensure a fair, efficient, and consistent selection process.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities are fully compliant with company policies, labor laws, and confidentiality standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with hiring managers to clarify job requirements and expectations, ensuring strong alignment and improved quality of candidate selection.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes by identifying challenges, recommending solutions, and enhancing sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Ensure a professional, positive, and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through final placement.
  • Distribute recruitment requisition forms to recruiters based on job level, ensuring balanced workloads and adherence to recruitment guidelines and standards.
  • Follow up regularly with recruitment team members to track candidate recommendations and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines as outlined in the Recruitment Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Lead targeted headhunting initiatives for managerial and specialized roles or collaborate with selected headhunting partners when necessary to source high-caliber candidates.
  • Review job offer letters prepared by the recruitment team to verify compliance with OC compensation structures, salary scales, and grading systems before submission for department head approval.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress and status reports to Project Managers, stakeholders, and the Senior HR Manager – Talent Management to ensure clear visibility and timely fulfillment of recruitment needs.
  • Maintain and update the Recruitment Dashboard on a weekly basis to ensure accurate and real-time reporting of vacancies, hiring progress, and recruitment performance metrics.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification (HR Diploma) is required; a Master’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
