Journal Indexing Executive

Profile Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our academic publishingteam as a Business Development Executive. The role involves managing the complete indexing process for journals and research articles across reputed databases such as Scopus, Web of Science. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with technical and formatting guidelines, coordinate with authors, editors, and publishers, and maintain accurate documentation of indexed journals.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

● Manage the end-to-end indexing process for journals and research articles.

● Submit articles and journal details to Scopus, Web of Science, UGC Care, PubMed, CrossRef, and other indexing platforms.

● Maintain compliance with the technical and formatting guidelines of each indexing database.

● Coordinate with authors, editors, and publishers to track indexing status and resolve queries.

● Regularly update and monitor the indexing status of in-house journals.

● Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation of indexed journals.

● Keep updated with the latest indexing rules, criteria, and trends in academic publishing.

Knowledge

● Education: Any masters

● Experience: Fresher or Experience

● Knowledge of Research publications andjournal indexing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
