Our scope includes wood framing, exterior siding, waterproofing systems, window and exterior door installation, deck framing and decking, and interior trim. Job Overview
We are hiring a Journeyman Carpenter with the skills, tools, and experience to contribute immediately. You should be able to move between framing, siding, waterproofing details, window and door installation, decking, and trim while maintaining pace and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform wood framing, siding, waterproofing, decking, and interior trim to plan and spec
• Install windows and exterior doors to manufacturer requirements
• Read and interpret drawings accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
• Mentor apprentices and help maintain production standards

Qualifications

• 6+ years carpentry experience (framing/siding required)
• Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
• Know how to wood frame
• Know how to install siding and waterproofing
• Skilled with hand and power tools
• Required tools: full set of hand tools, skillsaw, framing gun, finish guns, impact/drill , grinder, multi tool, sawzall
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, punctual, and safety-minded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour
