Journeyman Plumber

Job Summary
We are seeking a Journeyman Plumber to join our small team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various seasonal and primary residences. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing installations meet safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. The majority of our service and projects are in the Harbor Springs area, so a proximity to the Harbor Springs/Petoskey area is beneficial. JP Clark Plumbing and Heating is looking for candidates who are familiar with the clientele of Northern Michigan, and are passionate about their quality of work. This position comes with a company vehicle and a signing bonus.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing, with occasional commercial work
• Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and perform necessary maintenance or repairs.
• Coordinate with construction teams, carpenters, and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Journeyman Plumber
• Valid journeyman license or certification in plumbing or related field.
• Knowledge of construction site practices.
• Mechanical aptitude with understanding of general building maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
