Journeyman Plumber (2nd Man / Future Foreman)

We are hiring Journeyman Plumbers to work on commercial building projects. This role is designed for skilled "2nd men" who are ready to develop into Foreman positions responsible for leading crews, managing projects, and operating company trucks.

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate layout and installation of plumbing systems
  • Install high-quality domestic plumbing systems, including copper piping with proper soldering techniques, PVC, and cast-iron
  • Work independently as a self-sufficient, self-motivated team member who can complete tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Support lead foremen on site while gaining the experience needed to run full crews, oversee projects from start to finish, and manage company vehicles

Requirements:

  • Active Journeyman Plumber license, or within 6 months of eligibility to sit for the Journeyman Plumber examination
  • Hands-on experience installing copper (soldering), PVC, and cast-iron piping systems
  • Ability to perform effectively on large-scale commercial building plumbing installations
  • Reliable work ethic with a strong desire to advance into leadership roles
