Lead Journeyman New Construction Plumber

Hickman Plumbing Heating Cooling is hiring a seasoned and highly skilled Journeyman Plumber to spearhead our New Construction and Major Remodeling projects. We are looking for an expert in the field who is ready to take charge on-site, drive the quality of the work, and directly contribute to the financial success of every job. This is a critical leadership role for a hands-on professional.

This position focuses on leading the work from the ground up, ensuring technical excellence and efficiency:

• Lead Installation
• Code & Quality Control
• On-Site Project Execution
• Blueprint Interpretation

While the focus is on-site, you will play a direct role in the project's business success:

• Job Scoping
• Field Problem Solving
• Efficiency and Profitability

What We Require

• Valid Journeyman Plumber License/Certification or Equivalent hours. (We will help you get your license if needed)
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from construction blueprints and technical specifications.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all plumbing codes and inspection processes.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and project timelines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
