What You’ll Do

• Run residential service plumbing calls independently and professionally
• Diagnose issues thoroughly and present clear, honest repair options
• Perform high‑quality repairs and installations with zero shortcuts
• Follow the Mr. Rooter C.U.S.T.O.M.E.R. experience process to deliver five‑star service
• Conduct whole‑home plumbing inspections and make proactive recommendations
• Maintain clean work habits, accurate documentation, and strong communication
• Treat every home with respect and protect the customer’s property
• Contribute to a positive, accountable field culture as our team continues to grow

Required Qualifications

These are non‑negotiable:

• Active Texas Journeyman Plumber License
• Minimum 3 years of residential service plumbing experience
• Strong diagnostic and customer‑service skills
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Professional appearance and communication

Compensation

Starting pay range: $30.00–$36.00 per hour, depending on experience.

After onboarding, you will earn generous commissions based on performance and job profitability.
