Journeyman Residential Service Plumber (Founding Team)

Gotta Go Plumbing is a new, locally owned residential plumbing company launching in the Greater Louisville area.

We’re building this company intentionally with strong systems, upfront pricing, professional standards, and respect for the people doing the work.

This is a ground-floor opportunity for a journeyman-level plumber who can run residential service work independently and wants to be part of building something the right way from the start.

This is not a helper or apprentice role.

We are seeking:

• Journeyman plumbers

All experience must be verifiable.

This role is a strong fit if you:

• Can confidently run residential service calls on your own
• Are comfortable diagnosing issues and presenting solutions to homeowners

• Communicate professionally with customers and the office

The Role (Early Team Member)

As one of our first plumbers in the Louisville market, you will:

• Handle residential service plumbing (repairs, diagnostics, replacements)
• Represent the company professionally in customers’ homes
• Maintain clean, organized, code-compliant work
• Communicate clearly with ownership and office staff
• Help establish field standards, processes, and culture

Your performance will directly influence how this company grows in this market.

Pay & Bonuses

• $30–$35/hour, based on experience and license level
• Paid drive time between jobs
• Overtime available as volume increases

Requirements

• Journeyman plumbing license OR 10+ years of verifiable residential service plumbing experience (with an actual plumbing company)
• Strong residential service background
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance and communication
• Reliable, self-motivated, and growth-oriented
