We are urgently seeking a Job Performer (On-site Operations Safety Officer) with a background in the oil and gas industry, specializing in safety supervision for civil and mechanical operations. The work location is at a project site near Fujairah.

Job Description:

- Responsible for the daily safety supervision, inspection, and compliance checks of civil works, steel structure, and mechanical equipment installation activities at the project site.

- Implement the Permit to Work (PTW) system, review job hazards, and ensure safety measures are in place.

- Identify on-site safety hazards, propose corrective actions, and track them to closure.

- Assist in conducting pre-job safety briefings and on-site safety guidance to enhance workforce safety awareness.

- Participate in the investigation and reporting of on-site incidents or near misses.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a job performer or in a related HSE role on onshore projects within the UAE's oil and gas sector.

2. Possession of a valid WMS certificate (Work Permit System Certificate).

3. Relevant educational degree (UAE-certified educational credentials are preferred).

4. Fluent in English (capable of work communication and written reporting).

5. Available to join immediately.

6. Must currently reside legally in the UAE.
