Jr. Accountant

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience with financial reporting, and a keen eye for accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate financial statements including balance sheets and income statements.
• Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Review and verify expense reports, payroll records, and vendor payments.
• Monitor and ensure timely remittance of TDS and preparation of challans.
• Handle tax-related activities including TDS, Income Tax, and GST compliance.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office, and understanding of GST, E-waybills, and tax filings.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Accounting: 1 year
• Tally ERP: 1 year
• Overall Work Experience: 1 year

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
