Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and reconcile bank statements
- Generate and maintain sales, purchase, and expense reports
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and summaries in Excel
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for payment and billing
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Graduate
- 2+ years of experience in accounting roles
- Proficiency in Tally
- Excel skills
- Good understanding of accounting standards and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and time-management skills
Preferred:
- Knowledge of GST/TDS filings
- Experience in inventory management/account reconciliation
- Familiarity with invoicing and billing procedures
