Jr. Accountant ( Construction/Real Estate)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of GSTR-1/2B/3B data of residential & commercial project
• Preparation of Balance sheet & profit & Loss.
• Preparation of data of RERA registration & form-3
• Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP, GST, waybills and proper filing of documents
• TDS return filling & Data preparation
• Vendors & Contractors Payment processing.
• Responsible for payment and management of all taxation such as TDS, Service Tax, PF, Professional Tax, , Sales Tax etc

Qualification - B. Com/ MBA Fin or Bachelor’s degree in related field
Experience - 8-10 Years in construction/Real Estate Industry.

• Knowledge of MS Office, Tally ERP, GST, waybills and proper filing of documents
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and be a problem-solver
