Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a strong foundation in accounting. The Junior Accountant will assist in daily financial tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth financial operations within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare bank reconciliations and update cash flow records
• Assist in monthly and yearly closing activities
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
• Enter data into accounting software and ensure accuracy in all entries
• Help with inventory records, expense tracking, and petty cash management
• Coordinate with other departments for required financial data
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as needed

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of accounting software is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Good communication and time-management abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month
