Overview

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the UK tuition centre, ensuring smooth communication between staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage student records, attendance, and scheduling.
  • Handle front-desk duties and respond to parent inquiries promptly.
  • Assist with student enrolment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
  • Support tutors with printing, classroom setup, and learning materials.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic database systems.
  • Prior experience in an educational or customer-facing role is preferred.

Working Hours

  • UK Shift:
  • Winter: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Summer: 12:30 PM – 09:30 PM
  • (Standard timings; subject to change as per business requirements)
  • Holidays follow the UK calendar (Pakistani federal holidays are not observed).
