Job Description – Architect (1–2 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities:*

Assist in concept design, schematic drawings, and detailed design development. Prepare accurate working drawings, construction documents, and coordination drawings. Create *3D models, views, and visualizations using SketchUp and rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Inscape, etc.).

Support senior architects in preparing presentations, mood boards, and client deliverables. Coordinate with consultants (MEP/Structural) for integration of services in design.* Conduct site visits and prepare progress reports when required.

Ensure adherence to building bye-laws, codes, and project timelines.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in SketchUp , rendering plug-ins/software (V-Ray, Lumion, Inscape, or similar). Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for working drawings. Basic understanding of construction details and materials. Ability to translate concepts into visuals and detailed drawings.* Good communication and presentation skills. Team player with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).

1–2 years of professional experience in architectural design and drawings.

Portfolio showcasing 3D visualization and working drawing capabilities.
