A well-established plaintiff litigation firm in Century City is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team!

We are looking for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering excellent client service. In this role, you will manage key aspects of the litigation discovery process , including responding to discovery, assisting clients in preparing responses, and drafting formal, compliant responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of the litigation discovery phase.

  • Review and gather relevant information from clients for discovery responses.

  • Draft formal discovery responses in compliance with litigation requirements.

  • Mainly drafting FEE MOTIONS, checking deadlines.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed attorney in California (in good standing) with 2-3 years of litigation experience .

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle high-volume caseloads.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite ; experience with iManage and Salesforce is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently within structured, templated processes.
