Roles & Responsibilities:

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes –

• Working on BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools such as AutoCAD and Revit Architecture would be preferable.
• This job specifically involves working on Architectural & BIM projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors involving following aspects.
• Need to understand various Architectural Design elements, construction methods and its various detailing requirements.
• To work with the team and deliver the Architectural Design Documentation projects within time and with desired quality.
• Preparation of detailed design including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs).
• Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way.
• Independently communication with clients in written and spoken English.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Ensure candidates submitted for consideration meet the minimum experience requirement.
• Knowledge of updated Revit version and AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Experience in US Project.
• Working knowledge in MS Office
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Degree in a relevant technical field
• Educational Qualification: BE or B.Tech Civil.
• Min 2 years of work experience in BIM is mandatory.
• Salary: As per the industry standards.
