We're seeking a dynamic Junior Business Development Executive to convert warm inbound leads into loyal, long-term customers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales prospecting, comfortable with cold calling, and skilled in generating qualified leads. Responsibilities:
- Conduct inbound calls to prospective clients in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs.
- Effectively present and promote our products/services to potential customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and follow up to close deals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide outstanding customer support throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategy and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in inbound or international sales is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals confidently.
- Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work toward targets.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is preferred.
- Night shift availability is mandatory.
