ProLance IT is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on projects via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other platforms.
  • Engage with B2B clients and agency partners to understand requirements and offer customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility, define timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
  • Manage end-to-end client communication and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Create impactful business documents, including proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of business development or sales (preferably in IT/services).
  • Proficiency in bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience creating business proposals and client presentations.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Surat based candidates are preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary:

  • Competitive, based on experience and aligned with industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
