ProLance IT is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on projects via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other platforms.
- Engage with B2B clients and agency partners to understand requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility, define timelines, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Manage end-to-end client communication and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
- Create impactful business documents, including proposals and presentations.
Requirements:
- Sound knowledge of business development or sales (preferably in IT/services).
- Proficiency in bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience creating business proposals and client presentations.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Surat based candidates are preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Salary:
