Jr. Civil Engineer: Real Estate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to assist in planning, designing, and supervising real estate construction projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in site inspections and survey work
• Prepare drawings, reports, and project documentation
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor construction progress and quality standards
• Support senior engineers in project planning and execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards
• Basic understanding of AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior internship or exposure to real estate projects is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
