Role Object
ive:To support the Site Engineer and Construction Manager in executing all site activities efficiently, ensuring delivery within the required time, quality, productivity, and safety standards. The Jr. Site Engineer will ensure that drawings, specifications, and technical information are clearly communicated to site teams and will contribute to effective execution of civil works including concrete, finishing, and steel/PEB activit
ies.

nnel.Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and quality stand

ards.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company HSE poli

cies.Assist in resolving technical issues and troubleshooting construction challe

nges.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project stakehol
-
ders.Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly progress reports and site documenta
-
tion.Manage material requests and coordinate with Procurement for delivery of approved i
-
tems.Ensure proper handling, storage, and controlled usage of materials and equip
-
ment.Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project requirem
-
ents.Assist in preparing information for weekly and monthly progress reports including progress ph
-
otos.Attend daily coordination meetings to plan and organize upcoming site activi
-
ties.Maintain site organization, cleanliness, and compliance with company stand
- ards.Support monitoring of labor attendance, productivity, and workforce perform
ance.
