Jr. Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting, along with proven experience in handling a team. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable insights, building dashboards, and supporting data-driven decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing datasets using SQL and Python. 
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Looker Studio, or other BI tools.
• Support the team in data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with senior data analysts and business teams to understand requirements anddeliver insights. 
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. 
• Automate recurring reporting tasks under guidance. 
• Document reports, processes, and methodologies for future reference

Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or arelated field.
• 1–1.5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role. 
• Knowledge of Python (data manipulation, Pandas, NumPy). 
• Good proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. 
• Experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, or other dashboarding tools. 
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. 
• Effective communication skills to work with the Senior Data Analyst and business teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
