Social Media Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Financial Reporting:Prepare and analyze accurate financial statements, reports, and tax returns.</li><li>Tally Management:Utilize Tally software for daily accounting tasks, maintaining the general ledger, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial records.</li><li>Reconciliations:Conduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations of general ledger accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure ledger accuracy.</li><li>Closing Processes:Manage and oversee the month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently.</li><li>Compliance:Ensure compliance with accounting standards (like GAAP), financial regulations, and tax laws, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) if applicable.</li><li>Auditing:Coordinate with and support external auditors during financial audits.</li><li>Financial Planning:Assist with the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and cost analysis.</li><li>Mentoring:Provide guidance and supervision to junior accounting staff, fostering their development.</li><li>Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.</li><li>Process Improvement:Help to develop and implement improved accounting policies and procedures to enhance financial operations.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Proven proficiency in accounting software, specifically Tally.</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial principles.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in financial data analysis and reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
