Job title - Marketing Manager

Experience - 10 years of Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that promote the supermarket's products and services, attract new customers, and increase sales.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure that all marketing initiatives are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. •
• Analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that differentiates the supermarket from its competitors.
• Plan and execute promotional events, advertising campaigns, and social media initiatives.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to develop and implement co-marketing campaigns.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all expenditures are within budget.
• Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and make informed decision

Qualification:- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
