Dispatch Supervisor

Textile Dispatcher manages the accurate and timely shipment of fabrics, garments, or yarn by coordinating with production, warehousing, and logistics teams. Key duties include preparing invoices, e-way bills, and delivery challans, scheduling transport, and monitoring loading to ensure inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 1–4 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain, ideally within the textile/garment industry.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Tally, SAP), MS Office, and understanding of GST and transport regulations.
• Core Competencies: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
