Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports (aging, near-expiry, excess stock)
  • Track inventory KPIs such as Inventory Turnover, DIO, Expiry %, FEFO compliance
  • Monitor batch-wise and lot-wise inventory and flag expiry risks
  • Support stock rebalancing between plants, depots, and distributors
  • Validate data between ERP / WMS / reports to ensure accuracy
  • Assist senior team in production vs demand and batch-size analysis
  • Maintain dashboard and report templates (Excel / BI tools)
  • Document insights and support cost-reduction initiatives

Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field

Technical Skills:

  • Excel (Intermediate) – formulas, pivot tables, charts
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of SQL (good to have)
  • Exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Domain Knowledge (Preferred):

  • Inventory concepts: FIFO / FEFO, shelf life, batch & lot tracking
  • Understanding of pharma / medical device compliance is an advantage

  • Accuracy and timeliness of inventory reports

Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
