About The Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Data Scientist to join our team and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions for industrial AI systems. Join a dynamic global team shaping the future of manufacturing with innovative technology. Your work will enhance safety, improve efficiency, and support the next generation of industrial professionals.

This is a hybrid position with 3 office days per week at our office in Hacettepe Teknokent.

AI modules developed by Junior Data Scientists on our team are actively used in production at the Chicago plant of the largest steel manufacturer in the United States. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a related field
• CGPA higher than 3,5
• Experience with R, MATLAB, or Python
• Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset
• Curiosity and motivation to tackle technical challenges
• Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable
• High integrity, reliability, and strong ethical standards
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across multiple departments
• A continuous learning mindset to stay up to date with the latest developments in data science
