Jr. Design Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models
• Support clash detection processes and help resolve design conflicts
• Maintain and update BIM models in accordance with project standards
• Coordinate design drawings, schedules, and revisions
• Assist senior coordinators and designers during design development and construction documentation phases
• Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and company standards
• Participate in coordination meetings and track design comments
• Manage drawing submissions and version control

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in a BIM-related role
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit (Navisworks is a plus)
• Basic understanding of architectural and engineering drawings
• Familiarity with clash detection and coordination workflows
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
