Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare structural drawings, details, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)</li><li>Develop plans, sections, elevations, and reinforcement details based on engineering calculations and sketches</li><li>Modify and update drawings as per design changes and client feedback</li><li>Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts</li><li>Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications</li><li>Maintain drawing standards, templates, and documentation control</li><li>Assist in quantity take-offs and basic material schedules when required</li><li>Support project delivery within timelines and quality requirements</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field</li><li>2+ years of experience in structural drafting/design</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit Structure experience preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of structural drawings (RCC, steel, or both)</li><li>Knowledge of basic structural components, detailing practices, and construction methods</li><li>Good attention to detail and accuracy</li></ul>*Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Structural CAD Engineer

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in the coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP BIM models</li><li>Support clash detection processes and help resolve design conflicts</li><li>Maintain and update BIM models in accordance with project standards</li><li>Coordinate design drawings, schedules, and revisions</li><li>Assist senior coordinators and designers during design development and construction documentation phases</li><li>Ensure compliance with BIM execution plans and company standards</li><li>Participate in coordination meetings and track design comments</li><li>Manage drawing submissions and version control</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of experience in a BIM-related role</li><li>Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit (Navisworks is a plus)</li><li>Basic understanding of architectural and engineering drawings</li><li>Familiarity with clash detection and coordination workflows</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
