Structural CAD Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare structural drawings, details, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent)
• Develop plans, sections, elevations, and reinforcement details based on engineering calculations and sketches
• Modify and update drawings as per design changes and client feedback
• Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications
• Maintain drawing standards, templates, and documentation control
• Assist in quantity take-offs and basic material schedules when required
• Support project delivery within timelines and quality requirements

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in structural drafting/design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit Structure experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of structural drawings (RCC, steel, or both)
• Knowledge of basic structural components, detailing practices, and construction methods
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
