**Jr. Estimating Engineer**

We’re looking for motivated Estimating Engineers with 6 months to 1 years of experience in USA-based projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and study project plans and documents from start to Competition.
• Perform accurate Qty takeoffs using PlanSwift and Bluebeam.
• Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in CSI Master Format
• Coordinate with the team to deliver bids on time.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 6 to 12 months of experience working on USA commercial or residential projects
• Strong skills in PlanSwift for digital takeoffs
• Proficient in Excel — formatting, formulas, and estimate sheets
• Familiar with CSI Master Format divisions
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Must have:

• Background in Civil Engineering from HEC Recognized University
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
